Our app has two types of users:

• Customers (Dealers): Login access is provided by the manufacturer.
• Manufacturer (Admin): Full access to manage orders, dealers, salespersons, and quotations.

2. Information We Collect

For Customers (Dealers):

We do not request any app permissions directly from customers. All customer accounts are created and managed by the manufacturer. During account creation, the manufacturer collects:

• Dealer’s Name and Business Information
• Government-issued ID details
• GST Number (optional)
• Owner details

For Manufacturers (Admin):

Manufacturers have access to manage internal users and customers. They can:

• Add and manage dealers
• Assign salespersons to specific dealers
• Create product quotations (including pricing and weight info)

3. How the App Works

Customer Features:

• View product catalog
• Add products (individually or in bulk)
• Place orders with site location
• View order history
• Filter orders by date

Manufacturer Features:

• View and manage orders through a 3-step approval process:
  • Salesperson approval
  • Manager approval
  • Boss approval
• Once approved, the order is sent to logistics for fulfillment
• Option to choose between delivery methods:
  • Own vehicle
  • Company-arranged delivery
• Add dealers and assign salespersons
• Generate detailed product quotations

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Process and fulfill orders
• Track and approve order workflows
• Generate business quotations
• Ensure accurate delivery to specified site locations

We do not use your information for advertising or share it with third-party services.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. Only authorized users (manufacturer and assigned personnel) can access dealer or order information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal or business information with any third parties, except as required by law.
